GLAS Srpske: Voluntary Blood Donors’ Club Established
BANJA LUKA – The collective of the Memorial Center of Republika Srpska has established a Voluntary Blood Donors Unit, with the aim of providing support to those most in need through humanity, solidarity, and personal contribution.
On this occasion, employees of the Memorial Center of Republika Srpska today organized a blood donation, confirming that the culture of remembrance and responsibility towards society does not imply only the preservation of historical memory, but also concrete humane deeds and care for the community.
The establishment of the Voluntary Blood Donors Unit represents yet another confirmation that the Memorial Center, in addition to its institutional and social mission, nurtures the values of humanity, solidarity, and responsibility towards the people and society, it was announced from the Center.
The Memorial Center of Republika Srpska is also intensively working on the preparation of the Solemn Academy and the opening of the most comprehensive database of audio-visual testimonies about the suffering of the Serbian people, as well as on the realization of other memorial contents.
